FAQ #1 – How might the author be qualified to speak to these FAQ’s?

Someone was apparently concerned about whether or not the author was any kind of reliable source of information, so we might as well make this #1.

This FAQ is based on my observations frequenting Bonaire since 2015. It’s authored from the viewpoint of a ‘regular’ visitor, as well as a villa owner who has put time into finding information to better facilitate my guests.

In terms of diving experience I am a PADI Master Instructor and have been teaching Scuba Diving since 2017.
